ICODOE

Guestrooms are available on the nights of May 12, 13 and 14, 2005 at the Fogelman Executive Conference Center for the ICODOE meeting. Reservations must be made no later than March 15. After this time the room block will be released. There are only 16 rooms available in your block.

The Fogelman Center is located on the campus of the University of Memphis at 330 Innovation Drive, which is directly across the street from the Holiday Inn University of Memphis. The guest rooms contain one queen-sized bed, a hair dryer, iron, ironing board, TV and a plug-in for your computer. All electrical plugs are US. We do not have adaptors for other types of plugs. You should bring an adaptor with you. Complimentary coffee and tea are available 24 hours a day for hotel guests. Restaurant service is available at the Holiday Inn, not at the Fogelman Center.

The room rate is $85.00 per night plus 15.95% tax. Reservations may be made by calling direct to 901-678-2721. A major credit card is required when the reservation is made in order to hold your room. Our reservations clerk is on duty from 8:00 AM until 3:00 PM US Central Standard Time Monday through Friday. If you prefer, reservations may be made by Email to: aamille@memphis.edu . Your request must include: group name ICODOE, full name of guest, phone number, arrival date, departure date and your credit card type, number and expiration date. The clerk will respond to you with your confirmation number as soon as your reservation is made during her regular work hours. The information may also be faxed to 901-678-3402. No-show rooms will be billed for one night’s room and tax.

Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is Noon. Guests arriving prior to 3:00 PM will be accommodated as rooms become available. The front desk can arrange to store luggage for those arriving early when rooms are not available.

Complimentary airport shuttle service is available from 8:00 AM until 10:00 PM US Central Standard Time. Request for this service must be received at least one week prior to arrival and can be faxed or Emailed to the above numbers. Information must include: name, group, arrival date and time, as well as departure date and time.
